However, we also recognise that not every clinic has the time or budget to create their own client education materials from scratch.
That is why we wanted to make our platform accessible to everyone, regardless of budget. Our handouts provide instant access to easy-to-understand, professionally written information while helping veterinary professionals save time in the clinic and present a consistent, professional image.
What does the Cetra for Vets free plan include?
Our free plan gives single users access to our extensive library of pet owner education handouts covering a wide range of conditions, injuries, diseases, behavioural topics, and general care advice. The free plan also includes access to our veterinary anatomy diagrams and interactive 3D models.
Our resources support multiple species, including canine, feline, equine, small mammals, and large animals, making the platform suitable for a wide range of veterinary professionals.
With the free plan, you can also explore our new editing and annotation features. These tools allow you to add or remove text from handouts, replace or adjust illustrations, and draw or highlight directly on diagrams. This can be particularly helpful when explaining specific findings, such as marking the affected tooth on a canine dental disease handout to support a clearer explanation for pet owners.
While the free plan allows you to explore and test these features, saving edits and sharing handouts with pet owners requires an upgrade.
Share Cetra’s handouts with your clients
If you would like to save your edits and share handouts directly with pet owners, then Cetra for Vets also offers two plan options.
The Professional plan includes full access to the handout library, anatomy diagrams, and 3D models, along with the ability to share handouts via email, SMS, WhatsApp, a unique link, or print. This plan also allows you to save edited handouts to your personal library, add your clinic name to resources, and access a personal workspace to save content.
The Clinic plan includes everything available in the Professional plan, with the added benefit of allowing up to five users on the same subscription. This makes it a cost-effective option for practices where multiple team members need access to Cetra. For example, reception staff can quickly share handouts on topics such as canine vaccinations with pet owners who phone the practice with questions. The Clinic plan also offers full clinic branding of the handouts, a shared workspace and allows multiple handouts to be bundled together and sent to pet owners at the same time.
