Cetra’s content is free to all users, with the paid for plans allowing you access to additional features. We’ve made our pricing as affordable as possible, with plans starting from under £10 per month.

Cetra can be accessed via laptop / desktop, mobile and tablet. Users can share resources from any device too.

You can share each handout, whiteboard or 3D anatomy model with your clients via SMS, WhatsApp, Email or unique link.
They will simply open the link on the device of their choice to view the handout.

Yes, all handouts are designed to be easily viewed on mobile devices, iPads and desktops/laptops making them accessible for clients on the go.
Using Cetra

Once your account is set up, you can begin creating handouts or use our existing handout templates. From there, you can then share them with your clients via our sharing methods (e.g print, email, link, whatsapp).

With the Clinic plan, multiple team members can access and use Cetra under a single admin account, enabling collaboration on handouts and ensuring consistency across your practice. With the Professional plan, each team member requires an individual account and subscription; these accounts are independent and do not support collaboration.

Cetra is designed to be intuitive, but onboarding support and guidance can be provided if needed.

You can create digital pet owner education handouts and other client education materials tailored to your practice.

Rest assured all of our content has been researched, written and reviewed by multiple medical and veterinary professionals. You can check the sources and authors on each individual handout once logged in to Cetra.

Of course! We welcome any feedback, ideas and suggestions for our platform. We have in-house medical copywriters and illustrators that are working hard to create a comprehensive library of conditions!

Handouts are shared via a secure public URL, which can be printed or sent by SMS, email, Whatsapp, unique link or added to your practice management system (PMS).

Yes, you can edit and tailor the handout content to suit your needs, as well as annotate/mark up any of our diagrams and illustrations.

Sharing is unlimited on Pro and Clinic plans, allowing you to send or print as many handouts as needed. Please refer to our fair use policy for more information.

We only store the data that you save onto our platform, this includes client name, animal DOB and PMS number. This data is only stored when you choose to save a whiteboard drawing to a client record.

Team members can be added by the account admin through the Clinic admins profile page. From there, you can invite users to join your practice workspace.

Clinic plan users can upload and manage their logo within account settings/profile. Once added, your logo will automatically appear on your handouts. You can also upload your logo directly on the handout page.

Open the handout you wish to edit and select the customise option. This will allow you to modify text or use the whiteboard tools where available. From there you can save the handout to your personal workspace or allocate to a client in your clinic workspace to send them a copy.

When editing or creating a handout on a Professional or Clinic plan, select the option to save to your personal workspace before exiting.

Professional and Clinic plan users can choose to save content directly to the shared clinic workspace, making it accessible to the wider team.

Most handouts can be created or adapted in just a few minutes. You can then save them into your workspaces for repeated use.

Content within Cetra can be created and customised by your practice team. Where templates or pre-written materials are provided, these are developed to support clinical communication. Each handout has been written by a veterinary expert and then peer reviewed. Sources and author information is available to view on every handout.

Yes, all handouts can be edited to reflect your practice’s clinical approach, branding, and tone of voice.

No, Cetra resources are intended for client education within your practice and should not be used for external marketing purposes.

No, copying, reproducing, or distributing Cetra content outside the platform is not permitted.

Plans and access

Cetra offers different plans depending on your practice size, usage needs, and whether PMS integration is required. Please contact us or refer to the pricing page for full details.

No, we don’t have a free trial. However, most of our features and content can be accessed via the free plan!

If a subscription is cancelled, then you will lose access to premium features at the end of your billing cycle. Access to shared handouts via public URLs may also be restricted, and clients will see an error message directing them back to your practice.

You can upgrade your plan at any time via your account settings/profile or billing section.

To downgrade, go to your billing settings and select the appropriate plan. Changes will typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We will be sorry to see you go, but if it’s what you want then please head to the profile section. You are not tied into a minimum term with us, so you can cancel at any time. Remember, you can also downgrade to our free plan instead of cancelling. This will keep your account active, allowing you to explore new handout topics and features at any time.
Integrations & techincal support

Yes, Cetra can integrate with supported practice management systems, allowing seamless sharing of handouts within your existing workflow. You can find the integration options under your profile.

You can still use Cetra fully. Handouts can still be shared via the digital and printing sharing options.

If a PMS integration is in place, links may not expire. Without integration, links typically expire after a set period (e.g. 45 days).
