If you’re already using Provet, you’ll soon be able to access Cetra’s full library directly within your PMS.
By signing up to Cetra for Vets now, you can familiarise yourself with the platform using our free plan. That way, when the integration goes live, you’ll be ready to use both systems together seamlessly.
How the Cetra for Vets and Provet integration works
Accessing Cetra through Provet is straightforward. Simply log in to your Provet account and click the “Cetra handout list” button in the top-right corner of your screen. From there, you can browse Cetra’s full library of pet owner education handouts, anatomy diagrams and 3D interactive models.
If you don’t see the Cetra button, your account may not yet have the integration activated. In that case, you can contact Provet directly, and they will enable it for you.
Once you’ve selected a handout, you can choose how you’d like to share it. Options include printing, sending via email, sharing by text or WhatsApp, or generating a unique link. You can send the content to an existing client within your Provet database or add a new client if needed.
Every handout shared via email is automatically logged within the patient’s record in Provet. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures your documentation remains accurate and up to date.
If a client has multiple animals registered in your system, you can assign the handout to the correct pet, keeping your records clear, organised and easy to manage.
