You can join the Cetra Vets beta testing programme by contacting us to register your interest. Your application will be reviewed, and we will be in touch with the next steps to joining.

Is Cetra free to use?

Yes! Our introductory plan is free for all! We believe that professionals all over the world should have access to quality pet owner education resources.

Can I suggest a condition?

Of course! We welcome any feedback, ideas and suggestions for our platform. We have in-house medical copywriters and illustrators that are working hard to create a comprehensive library of conditions!

How do I know the information is accurate?

All of our content has been researched, written and reviewed by multiple medical and physiotherapy professionals. You can view our team of medical contributors here.

Can I become a contributor and add to Cetra's resources?

If you are a UK based, qualified veterinary professional then we would love to hear from you! Please send us a message to apply.

How often is the content within Cetra Vets reviewed?

Each handout is periodically reviewed by a veterinary professional every two years. In the instance of guidance changing or updating, then our handouts will be reviewed immediately.

How often is content added to Cetra Vets?

We are continuously adding content to our platform, with new conditions and advice being added each month.

What do I do if I have a technical issue or feedback around the content?

Does Cetra store pet owner information?

No, we don’t store any pet owner information or data. We only store the professional users email address.

What devices can I use Cetra on?

Cetra can be accessed via laptop / desktop, mobile and tablet. Users can print or share resources from any device too.

Can I integrate Cetra Health's resources with my existing healthcare software?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. However, we want Cetra Vets to fit seamlessly into veterinary clinics, which is why we are working towards creating an API which can be integrated with your chosen software.

Can I make a feature suggestion to the software?

How can Cetra Health improve pet owner engagement and understanding?

Cetra has been designed with the client and pet owner in mind. Our handouts have been written by veterinary professionals to ensure they contain all of the need-to-know information, whilst still being easy to digest and visually appealing. Our anatomically accurate illustrations engage pet owners and help them to understand the animals anatomy, their condition, the treatment options available to them, and their outlook.

How do my pet owners access their information?

You can share each handout with your pet owners via SMS, WhatsApp, Email or unique link. You can also print the handout from your phone, laptop or tablet!

What support and training does Cetra Vets offer for new users?

We have a comprehensive support and knowledge centre which is packed with step-by-step video tutorials. We also have a dedicated customer service team on hand to help. You can find our Knowledge Centre here.
